Playdates is a social enterprise which was set up to serve the community rather than make a profit. Our social aim for 2024 is to increase support in the following three areas:
Families of pre-school children with additional needs or suspected additional needs
Families who have welcomed a newborn (not exclusive to first time parents)
Parents who are dealing with a mental health issue (which started pre or post parenthood)
We are working hard to finalise plans and secure funding for this much needed support in our local community. Please get in touch if you would like to get involved as a volunteer.
