BIRTH-SITTING UP
BABY MASSAGE
Baby massage is an excellent way to bond and develop attachment with your baby, as well as learn a new skill that can be enjoyed at home. It also includes health benefits for your baby including stimulating brain development, relief from conditions such as constipation, growing pains, excess mucus, gas and colic. Best of all massage can promote relaxation for both baby and parent, allowing for a calm environment which promotes healthy sleep patterns.

MUSICAL BABY YOGA
An energetic class designed to develop your baby’s physical development through a series of stretches, core exercises and tummy time. All of which will help your baby build strength and muscle coordination, as well as increase flexibility. We finish the session in true yoga tradition with some bonding and relaxation, as we teach our babies the importance of self-care and rest. All routines are sequenced to music to aid memory and allow you to practise at home.
*baby must have had their 6 week check before participating in yoga.

A WHOLE NEW WORLD
A gentle introductory session designed to promote bonding between parent and baby. Calm music and soft lighting are used as well as some sensory props to encourage your baby and stimulate brain development during their awake period. The session also includes some tummy time and will finish with a gentle foot massage.

LET’S RHYME
Our ‘traditional’ baby class, we explore music and rhythm to nursery rhyme classics. Baby is encouraged to explore independently with a range of centrepiece displays. Puppets and gentle props are used to aid eye coordination and fine motor skills and a theme of the week will allow for a new adventure each visit!
BABY DISCO
An upbeat class designed to introduce your baby to music and unleash their passion for singing and dancing. Disco lights and sensory props are used as well as a range of holds and actions to really engage your baby physically and mentally. A theme of the week will ensure your little one is introduced to a range of sounds with props that make a great photo opportunity!
